Refund and Return Policy
At Kismet Beauty Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging, with all seals, labels, accessories, and instructions intact
- Accompanied by your receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, personal-care, and grooming products cannot be returned once opened, used, tested, or removed from sealed packaging.

Do not return an item before receiving approval and return instructions from us. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong product
- An item is missing from your order
Email lotonokachi2000@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used beauty and personal-care products
- Products with broken or removed hygiene seals
- Used facial rollers, gua sha tools, derma rollers, microneedling tools, cleansing devices, or similar personal-use products
- Products missing their original packaging, accessories, or instructions
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-order products
- Clearance or final-sale items, unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied
Please contact us before purchasing if you are uncertain whether a product can be returned.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To purchase a different product, colour, or variation, request a return for the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws in the United Arab Emirates.
